Clear Screen Clear Desk?

All staff and partners will operate a clear screen, clear desk policy. This requires
everyone that has access to information considered to be personal as defined by the Act, to

• handle it with an appropriate level of security and confidentiality to prevent disclosure, accidental or otherwise to those not entitled to access it.
• This policy shall apply to the office and any remote working place.

What happens when this Privacy Policy changes?

We may update this Privacy Policy in the future, updates will be posted on our web page or emailed directly.
